1- Where can I buy with my Delivery Card?

In over 6000 point of sales all over Cuba… Stores, Restaurants, Hotel, Bars, Supermarkets and more. Any establishment accepting credit card payments will also take Delivery Card as a form of payment

2- Where can I get cash with my Delivery Card?

At any automatic teller across the island; open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also obtain cash at CADECA (Casas de Cambio) or at any Bank.

3- Where can I apply to obtain my Delivery Card?

It's easy to get your Delivery Card. You can apply online at our website www.deliverycard.net, at any Fincimex Office across Cuba. The card request and handing over is free.

4- Can a person apply for a Delivery Card on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Only the basic information about the cardholder is required. The beneficiary or cardholder must pick up his/her card at any Fincimex office where he/she must bring personal identification.

4- How long does the money delivery take?

If the money was Express transferred, the cardholder will receive the fund within 24 hours. It will take from 2 to 4 working days for Regular transfers to be debited to the recipient.
